What we collect
When you book a class, buy a pack, or join the members’ area, we collect your name, email, phone number and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers). Booking history and teacher notes are kept on your member profile.
How we use it
To run your bookings, send class reminders and receipts, and personalise your member profile. We send the monthly newsletter only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
On-demand and live classes
If you use the on-demand library or a live stream, we log which classes you watch so ‘continue watching’ works. This is never shared outside the studio.
Sharing
We do not sell member data. It is shared only with the processors that run bookings, payments and email — each bound by their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing hello@rowanstudio.com.au.
