Class packs and membership
Class packs expire on the date shown at purchase (30, 90 or 180 days). Unlimited membership renews monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next billing date, with no lock-in period.
Cancellations
Cancel a booking up to 4 hours beforehand at no cost. A late cancellation or no-show uses one class from your pack, or counts toward your membership as normal.
Freezing a membership
Unlimited members may freeze their membership once per calendar year for up to four weeks. Contact reception or use your member profile to arrange it.
Workshops
Workshop places are non-refundable within 7 days of the session but can be transferred to another member.
Studio conduct
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or membership renewal in cases of repeated no-shows or conduct that affects other members’ or teachers’ safety.
