Giant Robotic Butterflies & Insects
With Live Movement, Spreading Awareness About Conservation
A Giant Flutter for a Tiny Cause – The Butterfly Park Aims to Save the Butterflies and Insects Through Awe and Awareness
This summer, Bangalore witnesses a magical transformation at the Binny Mills Grounds as it welcomes the Butterfly Park - a spectacular, life-sized robotic insect exhibition designed not just to entertain, but to educate and inspire.
The Butterfly Park features 6 to 8 feet tall, animatronic butterflies, dragonflies, scorpions, locusts, and more — all moving, flapping, and buzzing with lifelike precision. But beneath the fun and fascination lies a vital mission
”Urbanization, pollution, and habitat loss have caused a dramatic decline in butterfly and insect populations, especially in cities like Bangalore. These small creatures play an enormous role in maintaining our ecosystem — pollinating plants, supporting biodiversity, and even controlling pests.
The Butterfly Park is more than a visual treat — it’s a powerful message for children and families:
To recognize the importance of butterflies and insects in nature
To spark curiosity and empathy through immersive, educational displays
To encourage action and awareness in everyday life to protect these fragile species
The park is a centerpiece of the Family Fair, running from March 28 to June 1st, featuring amusement rides, food stalls, and interactive zones — making it the perfect family outing with a cause. Time 4.00 PM TO 9.00 PM, Binny Mills Grounds, next to ETA Mall.
A first look at this groundbreaking exhibition, and to help spread the word that even the smallest creatures deserve a safe and thriving home. Let’s come together to celebrate, educate, and protect. Because when the butterflies disappear, a piece of our planet fades with them.
