On occasion of World mental Health Day, Tele Mental Health Assistance and networking across state (Tele MANAS) was launched on 10th October 2022. It aims to provide free Tele-Mental Health Services all over the country. A 24/7 Toll free helpline number 14416 or 180-891-4416 cater and deliver the mental Health Care Services Free of Cost. Two Tele Manas Cells are also established in Karnataka. Public can contact these toll free helplines for mental health and wellness services says Health and Family Welfare Department Press Release.
